A: Absolutely. With your authorisation, we can collect keys from an estate agent, solicitor, or neighbour, carry out the clearance, and provide photos once it’s completed.

A: Yes. We recycle almost 80%. We aim to recycle as much as possible and donate usable items to local charities. This helps reduce waste and ensures items can benefit others. 

A: Not at all. We have been known to work at some of the highest residential tower and office blocks in London! We’ll just need to pop out and take a look to ensure we turn up fully equipped on the agreed day.

A: We understand that you need us to be flexible, thats why we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (if we have to). No time, location or day would cause an issue for us.
